I have lived here at Oasis Springs Apts for four years. This place has changed management about 3 to 4 times. Whenever they change management it takes a while to update their systems. No websites to pay rent and not being able to renew the lease on time and that causes late fees and month to month charges of $100/mo. Maintenance order requests are not honored at all. Roaches!! I found them here and continue to multiply. One in a while a guy comes and drops a few drops under the kitchen sink but they just continue to multiply... read more
Amazing ! Great complex! Pretty clean, they always have events and raffles, very nice office personnel and hard working maintenance
Newly Renovated Apartments The new management team is great and they have been cleaning up the property and painting the outside. The recently renovated apartments look great.
DONNNTTTT MOVE HERE!!! They will tell you they are sending you something in the email to renew your lease and NOT. Instead they'll just charge you month to month because its more money for them. They are always charging fees, towing their residence cars right after you paid most of your money to them for rent. They do this by switching up the passes and not making sure everyone that LIVES here gets one. They lie to people all the time. I've lived in many complexes and this was by far the worst. The staff changed every few months from the time I moved in to when I left. The rudest people stayed the longest. Live here at your own risk!! Absolutely worst apartments I have ever lived in. They office management changes 2-3 weeks, they change the parking sticker often and cars are towed because of that. The office staff has no solutions to your problems they always say they have to contact corporate. Corporate never answers when you call them or email them, I have tried multiple times about different issues. They have no good customer service at all. Worst apartment ever ! I moved into these apartments in January. We had to fill out a paper stating what we found wrong in the apartment and it would be fixed with thin 30 days. Nothing has been fixed at all wall outlets don’t work in half of the apartment, the ceiling fans do not work with the light switched ,the bath tub you can’t turn off the water at all something is wrong with the faucets, the cabinets underneath are falling apart, there is paper stuck to the paint in the bathroom, the toilet is coming up from the floor... read more
Took my money So I'm a mom with three kids. I went in there to fill out my application the fee was 90.00 for two adults. Which I fine every place charges for that. So she tells me I need the deposit of 200. I bring it to her on my lunch break. Then calls and tells me I need 50.00 more dollars. So I do it. She was acting like I was getting it. Worst apartment ever Do not rent here. They will sell you on all the "new appliances and flooring". There are light fixtures installed directly behind a door and cabinet that don't allow them to open. The ceiling fan/light in the 2 smaller bedrooms do not work with the light switch at all. This is bad planning especially when children usually occupy those rooms. The cheap "hard wood" linoleum was just laid down on uneven concrete.
