Amy is amazing! She’s knowledgeable, kind, and always makes sure I’m comfortable throughout the entire session. I’ve had several massages with her now, and I genuinely look forward to my appointment every month. She always knows exactly how to work on my problem areas, and I leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and so much better every time. I absolutely love my "self-care" massages with Amy! Every session is relaxing, therapeutic, and incredibly healing. She has a wonderful ability to target my problem areas while creating a calm and comfortable experience from start to finish. Massage was good, however upon leaving I was told I needed to pay an additional $30 tip after paying the $150 online to book the appointment. I only found this out as I was handing the masseuse a tip and she told me that was not enough. If you all as a business want to charge $180 for 90 mins, that is okay however that should be the listed price. Tips are not something you can force a customer to pay, especially if you do not communicate that up front. I will not be back based on this poor customer service.
