I wish they would have worked more on the areas where my knots were when I had the 1 hour massage I still have most of the knots. Heating pad at home is better for targeting knots. Not really worth $70. The lady seemed to at least be putting in effort for the massage, so I gave her a tip. She didn't speak English super well, which made it a little harder to communicate.
