I got my hair done from here about a year ago and had a bad experience. The cut wasn’t blended at all and the color wasn’t really what I asked for. The owners were nice and tried to fix it, but it still wasn’t right. I had to go elsewhere, and it took me a year to finally grow my hair out enough to fix it. I paid over $550 for this and it was a waste.Â
Worst experience ever with any barber, called to book an appointment for Friday and they said yes you are done for 1 PM Friday, but when I showed up they said we booked your appointment for Saturday. Like seriously guys? Atleast take your customer service serious.Â
Got highlights done with Jassi. I am really happy with the results. Jessi and Sam took the time to consult with me and discuss what works best !. I wasn’t sure if highlights would be a good option but they did an amazing job. However , time management with clients is something they can work on, as i waited long during my first appointment and even longer for my second appointment.
