John Krug was extremely helpful and followed-up frequently to check-in on the decision process and to counsel me on the pros and cons of each senior living facility. He also gave me tips on how to negotiate rates with these facilities (who knew??). I would highly recommend John and his company.
John was very helpful and involved in getting my parents moved to the right assisted living facility. He was patient and always there through the whole process and we were able to transition my parents smoothly to their new home. He helped me find movers to hospice helpers.
