My husband attempted to schedule me for a cut, style and color along with nails to be done. He asked about cost just to have an idea, (was looking to spend around $250-$300 so cost wasn't a factor) next thing he is told would be at least a month for an appointment and was treated extremely rude on the phone, basically told that if he has to ask cost, then dont bother and hung up on him!
I had multiple services on Wednesday, including a gel manicure. By the time I got home that evening, one of my nails had chipped, and by the following evening, another one had. I tried contacting privately to resolve this issue but have yet to hear back.
RecommendedI had a deep tissue massage with Taryn Everett and it was by far the best massage I have ever had! She took her time to ask questions and really listen to what I needed and the massage was amazing. Absolutely recommend booking with her!
I’ve been a few times with a group for girls day and had a great time. I got the winter bliss for a Christmas present this year and went alone for the first time for that. I was afraid I wouldn’t enjoy it as much being by myself but I had an amazing & relaxing afternoon! From the time I booked my appt until I finished my spa day I was well cared for.
I bought my mom a gift certificate for her birthday and all the girl gave me was a receipt nothing else, said that was all I needed and sent me on my way. My mom took the receipt in today and they wouldn’t honor it so I pretty much wasted my money because the girl at the desk didn’t know what she was doing. Very disappointed, I won’t be giving any more business here.
So sad. All the best employees are leaving. Over the last year 2 of my technicians have left. There is no need for me to come in anymore. I can find better available appointments elsewhere with less mistakes on booking It’s also to bad they have turned the front area to boutique now. It’s over whelming.

Always love going here. Got treated to a pedicure yesterday for my bday & as always it was amazing & turned out so pretty.
