This salon just scammed my daughter. They knew she had a $200 gift card, so they added on charges until they maxed out the card. She had a mani/ pedi. They will not supply a menu of services and prices and I was told it all "just depends". None of them wear name tags and two of the stylists were openly joking about setting up another girl who was off today by trying to get her license revoked.
This salon had a terrible set up. Went for a bridal party to get our nails done. Everyone had to pay different amounts even for the same exact service based on how skilled the technician was. You also couldn’t request a certain level. It was far from a special experience for all of us but mostly sad for the bride to be. Will not be going back.

We apologize you were not happy with your experience. We do our best to communicate with our bridal parties & quote prices ahead of time, so they have an exact price quote before they come in. If this was not the case, that is our mistake. Were you in recently? Our records show you coming in with a bridal party in 2017. I just got a Mother to Be massage with Taylar Golay and it was INCREDIBLE! I was soooooo sad when it was over and absolutely cannot wait to book with her again before baby gets here and after, while I am recovering in postpartum. Taylar is incredibly talented, genuine and professional. I highly recommend her services - especially if you are expecting and needing some time to relax and/or relieve pain!!!
Julie was awesome to work with and made me feel very much at ease! She offered wonderful advice/suggestions for better improvement of my skin overall. She was thorough and professional in every aspect!
I had a problem previously which I talked to the owner about and I thought it was all straightened out, but I waited close to a year and thought I would try this place again thinking it would be better and the same thing happened again. They wouldn't let me use a gift certificate that I had. The girl at the counter said the owner had told them that. I Pm'd the owner and she never responded.
1. the hot tub has black mold 2. my facial was just a common facial even though my husband thought he had bought something else when explained to him at time of purchase 3. our pedi girls talked to each other the whole time about being hungry, going for drinks, random TV shows their best friends etc. I won't go back.
