I found the management and office staff very responsive to my needs, which was the best aspect of the experience. The worst aspect of the experimce, and why I cannot recommend anyone else to use Oasis' services, was the crew they used for the work on my house. I have a really long list of things that could have and should have been done differently, but I will write here that the cleanup was abysmal. As part of a full roof replacement after a hail damage claim, Oasis did a great job walking us through everything and even helped us amend our insurance claim to get additional $.$$ They were there on the original date they estimated and were done on time. Couldn't be happier.
Oasis Roofing is fantastic. They were incredibly easy to work with, managed all aspects of the insurance, and worked with us as we added some additional improvements to the project. The crews were respectful of our home and worked quickly. In addition to the roof, we also got siding and gutter covers. All in all, I highly recommend Oasis Roofing.
