Perfection is how I would describe oasis. I went there for breakfast this morning and I had the corned beef hash with eggs and toast. The corned beef hash is homemade. It is made from beef brisket. Let me tell you it is delicious. You will not get canned corned beef hash here at the oasis. Now let me take a moment to give a well-deserved compliment to my server, Oshi. Did you know that the arctic is arid, wich qualifies it as a desert. Anyway Oasis, is a dive bar up here in the heart of Alaska, where I get dinner almost daily *thank you chef Ron*. The bartenders are quite the experts in mixed drinks and the food is phenomenal at any time of the day.
