I scheduled a tune up Svc through AHS on March 17th for April 29th. Nobody showed up. Called a couple times, left a VM…nothing. Called AHS and was informed that appt had been rescheduled (WITH NO CONTACT) for 05/13 and again nobody showed up yesterday. AHS said someone would reach out, but zero contact. Terrible business practices. Would recommend AHS terminate relationship with this type of business.
Horrible management! they see an issue and they don’t care at all to fix the problem fast!
