I've been a patient here for awhile she's been a big help to manage my pain and all my medical needs when she has a moment will lend a ear . I was amazed how fast my referral for the pain clinic called to setup a appointment. I have to say Laura dawn has been very helpful and I'm glad she can lend a ear once and a while she's made my life better and im much happier since I've been with her she was very understanding when my mum passed away and I felt better after talking to her about it. I recently had the opportunity to visit Laura-Dawn, nurse practitioner, for an exam, and unfortunately, I found their lack of punctuality to be quite frustrating. While I understand that health care professionals are often busy and unforeseen circumstances can arise, but not arriving the office on time, me being the first patient with an appointment at 10:00 am, is unacceptable.
