Loved the fact she got me into a specialist when I had an issue. But, Getting tests results has always been an issue and I had to tell her there was an issue before she even looked at my results. Unfortunately, my family and I have been in search for someone else because her attendance to her patients is not adequate for a doctor so much so that the pharmacists know her as a doctor who is always away.
Was a patient there for a couple of years, and ended up having the worst experience. When I was pregnant with my first baby, I had to wait 3 weeks for a PHONE appointment, not even in person, just for her to tell me that she wouldn’t be able to provide care because of her tight schedule, and that I’d have to find a midwife, and didn’t give me an option to be referred to an OB. Laura-Dawn spends time to listen to patients and investigate the problems. That’s what I value the most as a patient. Sylvia at the front desk is always helpful and pleasant. All together, it’s healing.

I've been a patient here for awhile she's been a big help to manage my pain and all my medical needs when she has a moment will lend a ear . I was amazed how fast my referral for the pain clinic called to setup a appointment. I have to say Laura dawn has been very helpful and I'm glad she can lend a ear once and a while she's made my life better and im much happier since I've been with her she was very understanding when my mum passed away and I felt better after talking to her about it.
