Agree. This has been a bit of a disaster for us. I caution anyone strongly NOT to use Oasis, given our experience with no customer service after paying in full. Cracks in decking, etc. Regrets.
I cannot recommend anyone to use Oasis pools. They do not stand by their work and do not complete warrantied issues. We had warranty items that we requested to be completed by Oasis pools on a pool we had completed last summer. *cracking in outside concrete wall of pool/patio *cracking on grout lines on patio steps/along rock on edge of pool *re-leveling of patio in spots where it has settled and become uneven We were told that this work would be completed on a weekend in the near future. joe williams as i stated in a email to you i have a dba as oasis pools in austin and no longer work for centex oasis pools inc who is who you contracted to do your pool. yes i worked on your pool when i was employed with centex oasis pools inc. but unfortunately i do not hold any oblagation to their customers. and no i do not have the same empolyees as i sub everything. as for my web site it is not the same as i have a totaly different web the address and town are not even the same.
