I went to Aurumn for lower back, and Lawrence was fantastic. He quickly diagnosed the issue and prescribed simple, effective rehabilitation exercises that have been easy to follow. He also performed dry needling, which really helped ease the pain and tightness. Professional, knowledgeable, and practical in his approach. I'd highly recommend Lawrence and the team at Aurumn Physiotherapy.
Lawrence has been assisting me with the rehabilitation of an ongoing trap/neck injury that had worsened overtime (due to my own neglect) and within three sessions, the pain has completely dissappeared. Lawrence has also taught me some exercises to help strengthen my neck and improve my posture which has helped me tremendously with my ongoing recovery. My first remedial massage with Aurum Physiotherapy and I had an amazing session with Amanda. At 9 months pregnant, I was really in need of some relief, and the massage was exactly what I needed. Amanda was so gentle and made sure I was completely comfortable throughout the entire session. I left feeling so much more relaxed and refreshed. I highly recommend Amanda and the team at Aurum and will definitely be back postpartum!
Lawrence was fantastic. Explained everything as we went. Exercises were at levels I could handle, all my silly questions or concerns answered. Amazing professional team and all down to earth. Would definitely use their services again, should I need.
A bit disappointed with what happened here. My mum was given 5 physiotherapy appointments covered by Medicare. She had problems with her knee. Only in the first appointment did the physiotherapists actually come see her. Through the rest of the 4 appointments he was no where to be seen. We would go and the massage therapist would just massage my mums knee for a while and that's it. I even tried asking her a few questions one time and she just said sorry I don't know.
