This is an awesome place to live, I've lived here for years and I've never felt so safe. You can even watch all the firework shows from here. Your rent payment includes electric, direct tv, water, trash and Wi-Fi. We have central air that works so good in our 120 degrees weather, I stay nice and cool, and I don't have to worry about high electric bills. We also have awesome managers, if something breaks they get right on it that same day, they watch out for their tenants. I highly recommend Oasis Park Apartments.
