I started my treatment here in July 2025, and it has exceeded my expectations. The customer service is amazing from the front desk to the physical therapy and chiropractic team. Everyone is professional, caring, and friendly. The office manager is always polite and welcoming, greeting everyone with a smile and great attitude. Highly recommend this place for excellent care and service!
Best staff ever! They are very welcoming from the moment you first call to book your appointment. When I got to the office, the front desk was very helpful with addressing my concerns. The doctor that treated me made sure I left with a full understanding of my condition and together we set a plan to get me back to my pain-free self. Thanks Oasis!
This staff is so kind and professional, they always treat me like I am their top priority! They are always trying to find ways to help me as best as they can whether its from the actual treaments to something as simple as transportation to their facility. Joanna is the best! So kind and helpful. And the medical staff is so professional, you can really tell they know what they’re doing!
The staff here is amazing. They are, knowledgeable, caring and professional. Dr. Patel always answers all my concerns. You never feel rushed. There is nothing negative to say about this place. Dr. Connor, Dr. Patel and Joanna are a great team.
Unprofessional staff. First call when going over car accident, she asked if the driver who hit us was a woman, made a joke about how women can’t drive. I was already put off by that. They don’t answer phones. I once called 17+x over a period of hours. There’s no patients, so I’m not sure why, called back finally an hour before appointment, when I arrived asked for mail to prove address like I walk around w bills in my purse.
