terrible service & bad haircut. the barber botched a simple, standard haircut and then over-charged for it. took 5 phone calls and over a week for them to even respond. very unprofessional. manager & barber were both rude and smug and took zero responsibility. Update 3 months later: still no resolution after repeated attempts. They are desperately trying to hold on to their $$. Money > Quality or customer service for them. Very good reason why they are out of business now.

Great gift from my wife after long trip.
Its okay, great people working their, some are a little overwhelming... Looks like a fun environment.. Could do better.
