This place used to be good when they first opened but now their quality of work and customer service have gone downhill. I recently waited 2 hours for service and THEN the owner told me she wouldn't be able to take me when she knew that when I walked in. I will not be returning.

Janelle is great! She always takes her time and does a great job! I've been to many nail salons and this is by far the best and longest lasting! I absolutely love my glow in the dark ombre nails with 3d flower that Janelle so beautifully sculpted on my nail 😊

Booked an appointment for a Saturday morning with Janelle and she started working on my nails right away. I showed her a photo of what I wanted my nails to look like and she did a wonderful job!! I will definitely be going back.

I booked this shop specifically because they offer builder gel, which I prefer over regular gel polish. Before the appointment, I confirmed via text that I could pay through Booksy, and they said that was fine. When I arrived, things went downhill quickly. I was choosing between 3 pink colors and after asking to try a second shade, the nail tech became visibly frustrated, huffing, puffing, and walking away mid service. Amazing service. Love coming home from college and having a great nail spot. Will take you in at any time and stay after just to finish your nails. Love it here!
