Unfortunately, I did not have such a great experience. I needed my gel nails filed down/removed and just wanted a regular manicure. I came here because it was close to home. I don't do my nails often so for me it's a treat to have them done. Like other people in the reviews, he tried to have me do gel again, which I declined. He removed the gel and cleaned my nails, was a little rough on the cuticles, and then proceeded to file my nails in a square form - which I hate. He didn't bother to ask if that's what I wanted.
