Customer service failed on my visit today. After waiting 10 minutes to get a polish change, I was asked to sit and when I asked for the only guy who works there to clean the seat which needed to be wiped down and he had a problem! He said I'm too picky to just be coming in to get a polish change. Wow. So after being a consistent customer, you can say they lost one.
Tom did my nails and they looked great.
