Terrible service. I had one nail to fix there are workers and they tell need to sit and wait i I was there 20 minutes for one nail. I called one lady came to me asking what I was there for another lady said in there language something and she left to service someone else. To add I was a regular to put anything online to make the shop sound better is crazy I called and they were aware. They knew what I was there for to fix polish that was it.

The spa is VERY CLEAN AND TIDY. Overall a nice atmosphere. There is not consistency in the personal service. Not rude..but I did not quite feel the inviting and it seems the case for non regulars. I got a basic full set. No gel. Just acrylic and one coat of clear then top coat. $37.I spent approximately 1.5hrs in the chair. I went in on a Sunday around 4:30pm and had no wait time to be serviced.

I used to go here for years and would only have Jane do my eyebrows. Once she left, the service went downhill. There is a younger lady in there that is terrible at doing eyebrows. She doesn't prep the skin, doesn't take her time and always seems to be in a rush. I quit going and started doing my own eyebrows at home. Plus, they're weird about paying with a card. They tried to get me to use their atm to pull out cash to pay. Also, I got gel once there and within a couple days, it peeled off. Not worth it. Buy your own supplie... read more

The his place is highway robbery. Their cheapest pedicure is $28. I think my daughter was there for less than 5 minutes. They dipped her feet in water washed them off, rubbed a little lotion and painted them. They advertise that it includes, lotion massage, nail shaping, callus treatment, etc. things normally expected but I couldn’t believe the lack of care they took with her.
