Finally! A nail salon that lives up to its name Finally, a nail salon that lives up to its name. The Oasis Nail Spa is a mini vacation when I have the time to visit them. The receptionist is always smiling, my appointments are taken on time and my manis and pedis come out looking great. Finally!
The salon is relaxing and beautiful. It has relaxing spa type music and scents. Although it doesn't have massage chairs, the comfy chair layered with pillows and warm neck pillow are delightful. The technicians are very talented and detail oriented. They were patient and caring with the 2 six year old girls that I brought with me for a special girls' afternoon out. My favorite nail spa in Burbank! I feel like it's a real treat every time I go! When visitors come to town I always take them to Oasis! Reasonably priced , clean, tranquil and friendly professional service
First time at this location. Loved the heated neck wraps. Loved my nails. Very spa like environment! Good job!
Quality of service is definitely hit or miss on this one. I'm wasn't impressed and I have visited this salon several times in hopes of redemption. It's a miss for me.
The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, but the quality of service is hit and miss. For as much as they charge, I don't want to see anyone set a timer for how long they are required to massage my legs during the pedicure. I would not suggest bringing your child with you because they do not have adjustable seats, so their toes can't reach the water (at least my 8 year old couldn't).
I enjoy the relaxing atmosphere here, it's a little pricy but the quiet and serene vibe is worth it . Parking is easy.
If I could give this place a zero I would. In all my years of going to a salon am I more disappointed with Oasis. My go to Salon that I visit every 3 or 5 months is Nail Garden. I went in March 2015 for a moms night out, haven't had a pedicure in 5 months, charged me for mani/pedi $90. 3 days later I got an infection/fungus in my two big toes, long story short and after needing medical care, this place said I was a liar and that it never happened.
Love that this place is more of a spa then a salon. The atmosphere is relaxing and they offer a nice full mani and pedi with a massage. It's a great place to get pampered at an affordable rate.
