Very disappointed. The first photo is what I asked for and the second photo is what I got. I expected them to look a little different due to my short nail length but I feel like they completely missed the mark. I got a free punch on their reward card for the mistake (have to get so many to receive $10 off) but that doesn’t solve anything as I’m not sure I’ll be returning. First and last time I ever come to this location, I went to go get a pedi. First, they didnt offer me a drink but the other lady who attended my friend offered a drink, second i noticed my nails was rushed. Third I also noticed when the lady finished painting my nails she did not put cuticle oil nor lotion at the end...my feet and cuticle looks very very dry...as big and nice the place looks the job is sloppy, the reviews I've seen are very accurate.
I've been here a few times, always polite, offer drinks and decent pedicure for the price! I had a manicure, full nail set with gel and every time comes out nice! I will be returning.
Wont go anywhere else. Love my BB. Excellent work and reasonable prices.
ASK FOR MIA. Her work is flawless! She has the best attitude and hospitality when it comes to her work and her acrylic nail sets last longer than any tech I have ever had. I wish I could give 10 stars because she is that talented. I do not stay in this area but will make the drive for this experience. Thank you Mia.
