Do not get your nails done here if you want them straight and done well. The manager kicked me out for asking to see all of the colors and because he said that it took too long to do my nails. I was only in there for one hour. I was supposed to get my toes and eyebrows done as well but instead of getting them done he refused service and told me to leave! Horrible!!!! Paid $70 for gel pedicure for the polish to start peeling 2 days later. Person that did it could care less. She put no efforts into so I won’t be back.
Very disappointed. The first photo is what I asked for and the second photo is what I got. I expected them to look a little different due to my short nail length but I feel like they completely missed the mark. I got a free punch on their reward card for the mistake (have to get so many to receive $10 off) but that doesn’t solve anything as I’m not sure I’ll be returning. First and last time I ever come to this location, I went to go get a pedi. First, they didnt offer me a drink but the other lady who attended my friend offered a drink, second i noticed my nails was rushed. Third I also noticed when the lady finished painting my nails she did not put cuticle oil nor lotion at the end...my feet and cuticle looks very very dry...as big and nice the place looks the job is sloppy, the reviews I've seen are very accurate.
