My take On arrival was grilled by Karina she was probably briefed by Najwa.. i was not disappointed rather accepted it. She said u cannot change the nurse in hospital or medical facility i said u r wrong if we can change our PCP Nurse is a small fry.. Any how i disappointedly continued like a beggar with no choice. Their mapping and worker Shamiras excellent behavior forced me to continue.. I guess their supervisors and Directors are in deep slumber by not making crappy unfriendly staff accountable. 18 days from first call to evaluation/mapping, I had to deal with multiple departments only to find out they discontinued the therapy (dTMS) that I was using there. I’ve tried many different types of therapy (except ECT) and I respond to TMS the best. I’ve used 4 different providers and the execution (have to use a lot of effort, multiple calls to get something like records, accurate information, or a treatment plan) for this one is not on par with the others. It’s still fairly decent.
