If you tried our zero fat flavor, this will be a thinner consistency being there is no tahini in the hommus : ) None of the regular flavors have a thin consistency. I feel in love at first bite...or rather, spoonful This seriously did not make it on to the veggies I cut up to dip with. I ate it straight from the spoon. The Roasted Red Pepper Hommus is absolutely amazing and I cannot wait to try other flavors. I purchased this because of the impressive, simple, and preservative free ingredient list and will continue to buy for the same reasons and outstanding flavor!
