I received my first HydraFacial at Twin City Plastic Surgery and overall, it was a great experience! Everyone in the office was very friendly and inviting. I will defiantly be back to get another HydraFacial and try some of the other services they offer :)
Dr. Laura Randolph is absolutely amazing. She’s kind and compassionate and went way above and beyond for me. You just don’t find that anywhere! The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. I look forward to my appointments, not just because they make me pretty, but because they are all so great!! 😁
Dr. Paige Holt is phenomenal! Before, during, and even a year after surgery. She is so kind as is her whole staff. If money was no option I would get more procedures and use all of products they recommend.

Dr Laura and her staff are awesome. After surgery I recieved several phone calls checking to see how I was doing. I had to call Dr Laura and her office manager and herself both returned my call. A very professional and caring Doctor and staff.
