I felt respectfully and professionally treated. They quoted my bill a bit lower and when I arrived they told me the price had gone up and that the person on the phone failed to tell me the right price. IMO they should have honored the original price they quoted but it was an honest mistake so I didn't make any issue with it and if it affected the star rating I gave it would only be a fraction of a star which is not possible. Sunday Feb 15...im a patient with an illness caused by a bad fall down a set of stairs on to a concrete floor , after making a few calls to different pharmacies i was able to contact the pharmicist at oasis i was out of my blood pressure pills and was experiencing some dizziness ,after speaking with the pharmicist they advised me they could refill my prescription as long as i was there no later than 150pm because they were closed at 2 pm...long story short i arrived at 147pm and was told sorry cant do it today because the ph... read more
Terreble place. Don't waste your time. They don't care about patients. My wife is pregnant and we want to see a gynecologist, but they said you guys can go to 36 week. And we were believed they saying. But they are completely wrong. And they has to record patients' record. Examples weight, blood pressure etc. They didn't do that. I feel they are soooo lazy or ignore us. I recommend never go and don't waste your time. This Edmonton Trail oasis medical clinic is not for patient. Also, I will never go to there anymore.
Very poor service! Went as a walk-in on a day when they had a lot of appointments and ended up waiting an hour before asking what was going on. It seems like common sense to warn walk ins if the wait is going to be so long. After about an hour and twenty minutes the front desk had to ask who I was! Ended up going across the street to the Edmonton Trail clinic and I was in and out in 15 minutes.
I went in and asked how long the wait was. The receptionist said it wouldn't be long as there were only 3 people ahead of me. I wait an hour and a half. I had gone in because I had been experiencing unplanned weight loss, and I'm already under 100 pounds. The doctor didn't ask about a thorough personal or family medical history. He didn't check my weight or height and didn't thoroughly check me blood pressure, "its high but its probably because you're stressed or something".
