Woth the money Considering that they try to get as many people into this park as they can, it is not a bad place to stay. The facilities are clean, and the location to attractions is great PROS: Location CONS: Crowded

Stay Elsewhere! While the facilities are nice, they are in decline as the park is having severe financial difficulties. Years of incompetent management, high staff turn over, decreasing occupancy and a "screw you" attitude have driven all but the transient guests away. Snowbirds no longer stay here as they have continually raised prices to what are now ridiculous levels. The park is at about 15% occupancy with a good number of the spaces being used for storage, with semi trucks and commercial trailers. Very unsightly for a p... read more

Enjoyable but.... The bathrooms are in need of renovation. It is right along the freeway. But they have 3 great Oasis like pools, encluding one for kids and one for no kids :) free mini putt putt course is some what entertaining. They do have security 24 hr is nice

Don't be fooled - the place is falling apart They call this a 5 star resort and on the surface it may appear so. The bathrooms didn't have hot water and are falling apart, the cable doesn't work most of the time, the washers and dryers don't work, and worst yet, they say they have WIFI at every site, but it seldom works. I complained to the management, Cindy and Dana (husband and wife) who did nothing. I left messages for Dana (GM) who didn't even call me back.
