This is the most irresponsible and unethical business in Columbia. They first dug my land, disrupting my landscape, and placed a system that belongs to my neighbor. When I called to inform that, like a fence, they must ensure the location of the property line before digging, I never even received a call back. When the neighbors finally instructed them to move the system, they moved it to one inch off the property line so whenever the system is on, my front yard gets totally flooded. our lawn was pitiful looking until we hired oasis. They have done a fabulous and professional job. I love the fact they talk to us about potential problems and what we can do to fix them. The staff has always been kind professionally and friendly. we would highly recommend all their services and do often to anyone who asks for. recommendations!

My son decided that his mom should not be pulling garden hoses to water her yard. He arranged from out of state for Oasis to install a watering system for me. I thank the Lord everyday the yard gets automatically watered, we just get to old sprinklers. Oasis did a wonderful job installing and have answered all my questions as I learn the system. They come to adjust the spray on request and at no charge. I thank my son and would recommend Oasis to anyone wishing to install a system. Just love it.
I would give Oasis five stars. We contacted another prominent irrigation company a year ago for a quote on a new system. They called to say their estimator would be contacting us soon, but he never did and still hasn’t. After waiting several days for that call, I gave up and called Oasis. Keith came to our home the following day, gave us an estimate we accepted, and our system was installed a few weeks later. Twice I have called them for a little tweaking, and they have come right away to take care of it.
First off I would give them negative stars if I could After 30 years of dealing with these people my Mother in law ( a prominent professor at the university of Missouri ) passed away suddenly during an operation not only did these people not do a good job on her yard they harassed my wife and I for a supposed 104.00 dollar over due balance my Mother in law owed and they called 3 to 4 times a day you would think after giving them 30 years worth of business they would have had some taste and not harassed us or just waived the ... read more
Terrible experience!!!! I have made multiple attempts to call them to follow up on our spring irrigation findings that was over 6 weeks ago!!! We had several broken heads that were to be replaced weeks ago!!! We don’t receive calls back or any updates on parts. On top of it we asked for quote on landscaping needs and have seen nothing yet. I guess they are just too busy for new customers!!! Will never recommend or use them again ever!!!!

I have had a fantastic experience with Oasis! We had a project for them to complete..moving our sprinkler lines so we can extend our patio..talked to Molly numerous times..it is like we have known each other for a very long time when we talk..she knows who I am without even giving my address..I have talked to Keith a few times and he has been here to assist himself when I had a question..I am very happy with the service!
