I've used Oasis for a few years now, and Evelyn has been a tremendous help each time. Any issues I've had she's resolved quickly and without making it complicated. I appreciate her help!
I've had semi decent service in the past at the Irvington location. Today I went in to make changes to the policy I've had for 4 years and was treated like shit by the so called customer service rep who was supposedly waiting for an appointment that never came. Instead made me wait for 45 mins to be attended by other staff while she chatted on the phone.
