We were extremely disappointed with our experience. We booked our stay months in advance, only to be told the night before our arrival that we could no longer stay at the hotel. This left us scrambling to find alternative accommodation at the last minute, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Do not stay here unless you want to sleep in your hire car!!! They cancelled our year long booking a day before without any recourse meaning my elderly and frail parents were forced to sleep in backpacker dorm bunk beds!!! Stay away!!! Complete scammers!!!

I was very disappointed with my stay and would not stay here again. From the moment I arrived, I did not feel safe. There was frequent noise from other residents, including shouting and arguments, which made it difficult to relax or sleep. The cleanliness was also a major issue. There were tiny ants throughout the room that got into my clothes, luggage and belongings, despite my best efforts to keep everything sealed. Overall, the accommodation did not meet my expectations. Booked through booking.com pics didn’t match the place . Placed was locked up had to call to get access from the gate . Shower dirty was a used bar of soap with a black hair on it Curtains dirty Light needed changing in kitchen Shower head leaked and wasn’t adjustable The pool was closed the whole time The place is run down def needed a deep clean and an update The sign on the bathroom window made me wonder if I was safe there or not . The couch was terrible glad I took my own pillow Turns out I was safe lol

Do not stay here. It was a last minute booking with no refund. Dirty place to stay, we did not want to touch anything. There was no cover on the bed, you could see the dirty pillows and mattress. Only one glass and plate supplied in a 2 bed room. Has to ask for a second towel. The surrounding streets were a bit seedy and unsafe.
