This is the Fire & Ice restaurant. We had a somewhat enjoyable evening there. Our meal was delicious and our service was friendly and helpful. We loved the dark cozy atmosphere. The only thing that was disturbing was a table over from us, with 2 small children that were allowed to shout out most of the time they were there. The mother made no attempt to quiet them, as they crawled under and around the table with no concern for the people around. It may not be the best place for children
The room was modern & clean! It has a nice aura about it, the tropical vibe is a great touch!! The private patio is great in the mornings.
I was scammed out of $400 when I tried to book a room here. I did like the hotel but the getting scammed part really soured the whole thing for me. Be cautious.
BEAUTIFUL hotel! Well appointed. Convient location, close the the airport. The pools and excercize are were emaculate. They provide a great breakfast, with lots of variety. The atrium were they serve breakfast was absolutely beautiful. Staff was wonderful. Mark especially deserves to be called out. He was so attentive and helpful, positive and genuine. He customer service is top notch! I highly recommend.
