My son went into hospice we were lost at who to call, and how to go about, we called oasis (a neighbor recommended) after having a very frustrating experience with a different company, oasis were very informative and came to our house within the hour, my son was able to get hospice service the same day, equipment also the same day and nurse was here right after he signed, he passed less than two weeks later we are all very grateful to hospice services they offered made everything so much easier thru this difficult transition... read more
Oasis Hospice did a wonderful job caring for my husband for almost 7 months. Susan Hawkins the Oasis social worker was always available For help and Maria, the nurse, Gave my husband Ronald Harms Superb care. I am grateful for Oasis. After an extended hospital and then nursing home stay, we were finally able to bring my Grandmother home and were in need of hospice care for her comfort. As I stood in line at Walgreens for my Grandmother's medication, a woman in front of me struck up a conversation and mentioned how Oasis had been incredible for her mother. We have had nothing but positive experiences with Oasis. From the beginning the team has been kind, patient, and caring. The most exceptional part of our experience has been my mother's nurse Shelby. She doesn't just check boxes. She spends time. She takes care of minute details others might not have thought of. Sharon!! I cannot thank you enough for being the catalyst for getting my mom the help she needed. The chaplain came out this morning to do paperwork then the admit nurse came by this afternoon. She ordered stat O2, comfort kit meds, a hospital bed, bedside table, wheelchair, suction, nebulizer, and commode. AND the delivery driver showed up with all the equipment before the nurse even pulled out of my driveway! Can you believe how fast that was? He’s here setting up the bed right now.
