Sharon!! I cannot thank you enough for being the catalyst for getting my mom the help she needed. The chaplain came out this morning to do paperwork then the admit nurse came by this afternoon. She ordered stat O2, comfort kit meds, a hospital bed, bedside table, wheelchair, suction, nebulizer, and commode. Oasis was a blessing to my mother and me. My mother as at the end stage of dementia, bedridden, and had developed pressure wounds. The nurse came 2x a week until the wounds were under control. The CNA came 3x a week to bathe my mother. The nurse made sure my mother had all the medical equipment and supplies needed. More importantly they treated my mother with compassion and kindness. Oasis made sure my mother was comfortable and pain free, allowing her to pass peacefully. I can't thank them enough for that gift.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this company. I was terminated without any prior warning, feedback, or opportunity to improve—something that any fair employer should provide. Throughout my time with the company, I was never made aware of any issues with my performance or conduct, yet I was abruptly let go without explanation or a chance to correct anything.
