Oasis responded quickly to my urgent request for service on our furnace (our house was 59 degrees and it was 0 degrees outside). They arrived within hours, determined that our old furnace was beyond repair, and arrived at 7am the next morning with a new one. The technicians were professional, efficient, polite, and knowledgeable. I fully recommend this company.
My furnace stopped working on one of the coldest days of the year. Oasis was able to send someone out to diagnose it (the furnace was 27 years old and due for replacement) and give me an estimate for a new one. Since the weather made it urgent, Oasis went above and beyond to shuffle appointments to get a crew out the same day. Harvey and Mark were great, and I had heat the same day. I am extremely thankful!
Oasis was very quick to reply to my furnace not working service call (on a Saturday at 7pm and one of the coldest nights in Chicago) and the technician was polite, professional and quick to diagnose and solve the issue. All told from initial call to fixed furnace it took just over an hour. Soo glad to have called Oasis. We will be signing up with for their annual service checks.
Furnace stopped working at 1130pm on the coldest night of the year leading into a holiday. I recently had a received an automatic text from Oasis (assume in advance to the cold temperatures in the coming days) to which I replied on the offshoot of getting a response this late at night. 1 min later I received a reply asking if I could schedule a meeting the very next day at 7am!
