Fast forward today, Erik, it was not years after the replacement. It was exactly one year when it was under your warranty. You didn’t fix it then. I reached out every year since it was installed. You finally came to fix the leak in 2026 which I appreciate it given it was improperly installed. The AC seems to be working fine now. Thank you for calling me and being apologetic.
