Oasis installed my HVAC system 16 years ago and my air handler died a week ago, but the heat pump was still running fine. I did some research that indicated I’d need to replace the whole system, so I started collecting quotes. I also checked with Oasis and Joe (owner) said I can just replace the air handler. We have depended Oasis for over 30 years and have never been disappointed in their service. They are a top-notch company with highly skilled technicians and caring staff. Last Friday afternoon our water heater broke. Our replacement was not in stock so they ordered one. On the following Monday they drove 2 1/2 hours to pick up the correct replacement and installed it that day. By early afternoon they were done and we had hot water again. I had a great experience getting my furnace and AC replaced by Oasis. When it was time to replace the very old furnace and AC in my condo, Oasis gave me a quote for $1500 less than my usual company for the same equipment. I got the estimate done on a Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend, and they were able to install on Wednesday, which I really appreciated since my furnace wasn't working. We had an initial miscommunication about pricing, but the company resolved it quickly and professionally. Their customer service was responsive and the owner made sure everything was handled to our satisfaction. The tech who came to do the work was extremely knowledgeable and fixed the problem on the first visit. It's clear they value quality and customer care.
