We have depended Oasis for over 30 years and have never been disappointed in their service. They are a top-notch company with highly skilled technicians and caring staff. Last Friday afternoon our water heater broke. Our replacement was not in stock so they ordered one. On the following Monday they drove 2 1/2 hours to pick up the correct replacement and installed it that day. By early afternoon they were done and we had hot water again. We had evidence of a gas leak near the gas meter in our garage. We called Washington Gas to investigate, but they found nothing. Then we called Oasis to check. Danielle of Oasis was much more thorough in her investigation, and she was able to find the leak in a joint between two pipes. Harlan and Danielle then resolved the problem by putting pipe "caulk" on the threads of the smaller pipe. Obviously, they did a much better job than Washington Gas !
I wanted to compliment Danielle and Harlan, the technicians who did our a/c system inspection and performed preventative maintenance on our unit this morning. They worked as a team and demonstrated professionalism while being personable and informative in the performance of their job. They were thorough, even replacing contact leads that had corroded as well as a capacitor that was testing outside of normal range.
