We had evidence of a gas leak near the gas meter in our garage. We called Washington Gas to investigate, but they found nothing. Then we called Oasis to check. Danielle of Oasis was much more thorough in her investigation, and she was able to find the leak in a joint between two pipes. Harlan and Danielle then resolved the problem by putting pipe "caulk" on the threads of the smaller pipe. Obviously, they did a much better job than Washington Gas !

Their customer service was responsive and the owner made sure everything was handled to our satisfaction. The tech who came to do the work was extremely knowledgeable and fixed the problem on the first visit. It's clear they value quality and customer care. I wanted to compliment Danielle and Harlan, the technicians who did our a/c system inspection and performed preventative maintenance on our unit this morning. They worked as a team and demonstrated professionalism while being personable and informative in the performance of their job. They were thorough, even replacing contact leads that had corroded as well as a capacitor that was testing outside of normal range.
