I'd always had a fear of Chiropractic because I thought that once you started a treatment, you'd have to go forever. Dr. Benner not only alleviated my fears but also educated me on the practical science of Chiropractic in relation to my body. I initially came to her because I developed a numbness in one of my hands. Once properly aligned, she taught me how to recognize my body's "self correcting" and I now only have to see her when I need an adjustment to "unlock" during stressful times in my life.
