Short version: Based on the shaky intake process alone, I would not recommend them. Added confusion and stress to an already difficult process. Long version: The board and care my mom was living in recommended we have Oasis Haven evaluate her for possible admission to hospice. They were prompt to call me and discuss the process. Good start.
