Horrible place My friend was an apprentice there who while working there never properly got paid or taught anything. Left to buy all tools (which some were "lost" apparently in the shop) such as hairdye and find her own clients. Had no control of absurd prices towards her clients which had made it hard to find clients for her to get any experience. No returns. Did not say this before buying. My mum went and bought my daughter some product but when she tried to return it unopened the next day because my daughter didn't want to use that particular one she was told no. No where on the receipt was it said there was no returns and the owner lied saying they just work there and have no say on their policy.

⚠️THE OWNER HAS NO IDEA HOW TO CUT MENS HAIR! SHE DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO FOLLOW SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS!⚠️ I honestly have no idea if this owner is really certified, I went in and told her exactly what I wanted. I said I wanted a 4 on the sides and back faded in, and an inch off the top. I also told her exactly how high I wanted it cut. Now, my hair is a small rectangle on the top of my head, with the sides cut way too high for my head shape.
