What do I think of OTFC??? I am happy to have been a part of this wonderful agency!! In 2002 I decided to become a foster parent. A single parent at that.I had been in foster care since 1982 but this agency was the best ever !! Since then I had many children placed in my home !! I hope I served Oasis well !! This agency has staff that is great !! Kay and Charles were great !! I have retired from care because of health issues but still keep in touch !!
