Stephy教練人很好又很有耐心，會幫你針對性制定健身計劃和飲食餐單，跟進也很到位！她會一直鼓勵你，每次訓練都很到位，自己也能明顯感覺進步很快。不會亂叫你做，全部都很有方向。自從找了她之後，我兩個星期已經瘦了八磅，真的很有成就感，推薦給想健康減肥的人！
Victoria 教练最经典的一句话： “咱们撸铁的不看体重秤，我们看镜子。” 现在我可以证明这句话是真的— 因为我连镜子都不用看，裤子已经告诉我答案了：同一个 size，该紧的紧了！😏
