I had a great experience with the receptionist and the dental hygienist. They were both friendly, welcoming, and professional, and I truly appreciated their kindness. Unfortunately, my experience with the dentist was very disappointing. Before I even left my appointment, I told her that something didn't feel right. I explained my concerns but was simply told I would get used to it and there was nothing she could do. It was good nice people and good service
Reception was really nice, Dr Biaggio did a fine job, but I will be taking my money elsewhere the next time I need a dentist. It seems that he’s passed the point of genuinely caring about his patients.
