My experience here was very disappointing. The dentist rushed through explaining my treatment options and didn’t take the time to make sure I actually understood what was being said. When I tried to ask questions, I was told I was “going in circles,” which felt dismissive and unprofessional. I was clearly upset during the appointment and there was no compassion shown. We had our first time appointment here and it went really well! We appreciated the services and the welcoming treatment from everyone. The hygienist was very kind and supportive. And dentist was also very professional and respectful. So far best experience I’ve had in a dental office in years. Would recommend it!
Front desk lady hang up on me for no reason at all while I was trying to schedule an appointment as a new patient at 4:40 today. What an horrible first impression.
