I had a membership at this location for almost 2 years. I had to cancel it just because I was having major scheduling issues on my end, and hadn't used 2 facials (that I had paid for). Despite having paid for them, I lost the entire value of those facials because I didn't use them within two months of cancelling my membership. I realize this is written in the membership contract, but it seems like poor business practice, but let's be honest, the contract is pages long and I just completely forgot.
