I had a membership at this location for almost 2 years. I had to cancel it just because I was having major scheduling issues on my end, and hadn't used 2 facials (that I had paid for). Despite having paid for them, I lost the entire value of those facials because I didn't use them within two months of cancelling my membership. I realize this is written in the membership contract, but it seems like poor business practice, but let's be honest, the contract is pages long and I just completely forgot. Amazing facials. The atmosphere is great, very nice and clean place. The technicians are very knowledgeable of how to handle different skin conditions.
Cameron was fantastic! I love the ambiance of the salon and my facial was refreshing and relaxing. I will be back!
