This salon is highly-rated for good reason! I had to look for a new threading salon since I moved to Austin for school, and I was a little nervous because I’m very particular about my eyebrows. The staff was very nice and welcoming when I walked into the salon, and they assisted me through the sign in process since I was a new customer. I was attended by Pam, and I showed her reference pictures of my eyebrows from past times when I had gotten them threaded. I went to this place for the 1st time I’m never coming back the employees are rude and made me feel very uncomfortable.
