Completely incompetent staff mailed my insurance payment to my next door neighbor NOT the insurance company and subsequently I had my home insurance cancelled and it took 2 weeks of dealing with stupid people to understand they still have my money. Almost cartoonish.
If I could give this escrow office zero star, I would. They are unorganized, unhelpful and don’t do what they are supposed to. They made a mistake on purchase price on the estimate. We asked them to correct and they said we were wrong. You would think we know what we agreed to pay for the house. Next all documents sent to us without any explanation or checked for missing or accuracy.
