I tried swapping out my thermostat and must’ve mismatched a wire—next thing I knew, my HVAC system was completely unresponsive 🫣. After 6 HOURS (!!!) of unsuccessful troubleshooting, I finally called Chris from Oasis, based on strong recommendations from friends. He was able to come by in less than 24 hours, and within an hour had my system fully up and running again (along with my new thermostat, of course). I had Chris recommended to me and couldn't be happier with the service I received. I called him late in the day Friday as my furnace had stopped working right before we were expecting a cold snap and he made the time to fit me in. He was professional, honest and extremely knowledgeable. I will be recommending him to anyone who needs his services!
