Not ethical, unprofessional. Charge patients for services and also insurance. They try to get patients to agree to unnecessary services. Go somewhere else.
Not ethical in insurance practices. They did not verify insurance benefits and claimed that the insurance did not cover pediatric dental services (routine cleaning, X-rays and necessary night guard which it clearly states in benefits plan that it does). My son’s father wasn’t aware that the policy covered it so he paid for services. After speaking with Insurance rep, it was confirmed that services are covered and a claim needed to be submitted. Tried scheduling appointment today since Covid seems to have lessened along with the fear factor.. sure masks required in office. Told that after not being seen in office for a year, I'm considered as technically new patient and they aren't taking new patients at this time. Monthly I receive texts and emails advising me of opened appts etc. So administratively I am a patient. But not realistically. Being medical office and not taking Covid in to account iswrong. RecommendedI’m not gonna lie i was terrified to get a root canal 🦷. But Doctor A definitely went above and beyond to make sure i was okay. As well as his dental assistant Evelyn. Thank y’all for the most smooth and precise procedure
I just want to say that this practice was amazing. We came in very overwhelmed and scared and they put this mom at ease. They have great communication! Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Hands down they get 5 stars from me! Kara McCracken

Wonderful staff and very professional. The atmosphere is very inviting and Dr.landers knows his stuff!!!! I’ve found a dentistry that knows how to treat their patients.
It was our first time at Oasis Dentistry yesterday. My daughter had tooth pain. Dr A was really nice and personable. My daughter felt comfortable with him looking at her teeth. Her wisdom teeth coming in are the culprit of the pain. She liked the dentist and office so much, she's returning for a cleaning. Thank you Oasis!
The staff is great. The dentist made me feel very comfortable. He had a great sense of humor.
