I had treatments with Dr Niall Quigley and Dr Afonso at Oasis Dental in Broadbeach, and I can’t recommend them enough. Both were incredible -professional, kind, and made the whole experience surprisingly fun! I felt very safe in their care as they guided me step by step through the process. made an appointment, waited two weeks. they canceled it. then i got an email saying they called me. the name written in the letter is not mine. i think they wrote my number wrong. why would i come to your clinic again if i canceled my appointment! they wasted my time! I think the girl who recorded it messed up everything she could.
The person who responds to the message should be the face of the company. If they don't like their job, quit.
