The office staff was friendly, but I ended up having to walk out. This practice works completely backwards compared to every other dental visit I’ve ever had. The doctor examined me before any cleaning was done. I was handed a form to sign, thinking it was routine paperwork before seeing the hygienist, but instead it turned out to be an authorization for a costly procedure I never asked for. Office lacks customer service . It’s just a money pit literally . I have dual coverage and this has been the most overpriced dental experience ever. Dentist is pretty good however staff needs training

I love Dr Alemen and all the members of the staff. They are absolutely wonderful. I used to be so nervous going to the dentist but they make me feel so comfortable and no nerves....yay

Thanks to Grosman's referral, I discovered Oasis Dental's exceptional care! My deep cleaning experience was surprisingly serene, and the dentist's gentleness was outstanding. Doctor Aleman's dedication to providing a secure and welcoming environment is commendable, particularly given my dental anxiety.
