This dental office was very welcoming from the front desk with Alexis and Stephanie to the back office with Angie the hygienist Luis and Dr. Lam was very thorough. Thank you Oasis Dental!
Excellent first visit. Luis, the dental hygienist, was thorough and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything he was doing, proper brushing techniques, and personalized prevention tips. All staff was organized, friendly, and efficient. The doctor did great in explaining the plan without it feeling overwhelming. This is exactly what I was looking for, a patient-centered care office.
Excellent service since the first call I made to make the appointment, receptionists, very helpful and friendly. When I got to my appointment, Belinda/ RDA, super professional and friendly as well, but the one whom I take my hat off is The hygienist Luis, he not only did my cleaning, but explained all details of what he was doing, made recommendations of how to maintain healthy teeth and gum. I will definitely recommend Oasis Dental on El Paso Dr
